The front and back covers of this book were designed and produced by
Rob Myers using Inkscape, the free software vector graphics program.
Jeanne Rasata also contributed to the cover design.
The typsetting was done by John Sullivan at the Free Software
Foundation using \LaTeX, GNU Emacs, Evince, and the GNU Image
Manipulation Program (GIMP). The primary font is 10-point Computer
Modern.
