BREAKING CHANGE: kernel definition in the configuration files has switched

from

  [[targets]]
  distro = { id = "Ubuntu", release = "18.04" }
  release_mask = ".*"

to

  [[targets]]
  distro = { id = "Ubuntu", release = "18.04" }
  kernel = { regex = ".*" }
